Donahue, founder of The Phil Donahue Show, also discusses his conversations with Edward O. Wilson, world renowned biologist and Pulitzer Prize-winning author of “The Ants,” and James D. Watson, best known as a co-discoverer of the structure of DNA in 1953 with Francis Crick.

Donahue is an American media personality, writer and film producer, best known for The Phil Donahue Show, which ran from 1967 to 1996,  the longest running syndicated talk show in U.S. television history.
